Corriedale Aran is a versatile yarn designed for hand dyers who value structure, reliability, and a naturally soft handle. Made from 100% Corriedale wool, it offers a smooth, rounded feel that balances strength with comfort, making it well suited to everyday heavier-weight knitting.
Its clean white base provides an excellent foundation for dyeing, allowing colour to take evenly and develop clarity, depth, and brightness across the fibre. This makes it a highly dependable base for both bold, saturated shades and softer, more tonal colour work.
In Aran weight, it is ideal for warm garments, cables, textured stitches, and durable accessories, offering strong stitch definition alongside a comfortable, wearable fabric. It combines practicality with a natural wool character that performs well in everyday use.
Non-superwash – hand wash cool and lay flat to dry.
