Returns Policy

As a trade (B2B) supplier, all sales made through The Undyed Studio are considered final. However, we aim to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition and meet the expected specification.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photographic evidence
  • Batch or lot details
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.


Non-Faulty Returns

Due to the nature of our products and their use in production and dyeing, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Variations in fibre or yarn characteristics

We strongly recommend ordering samples prior to bulk purchase where necessary.


Batch & Colour Variations

As our yarns are produced from natural fibres, slight variations between batches may occur. This is an inherent characteristic of the product and not considered a fault.


Return Process

No goods may be returned without prior agreement. If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned within an agreed timeframe
  • Clearly labelled with the provided reference

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Liability

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from the use, processing, or dyeing of our yarns once delivered.
