Returns Policy

If you would like to return your purchase, we will be happy to do so within 14 days.  This window runs from delivery of the last item. We'd love to know why you're returning. We are unable to cover the cost of return postage in this case. Please note any goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, receive the last item of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to [your contact email]). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website.

Incorrect/Faulty Items

We are sorry if you find a mistake with your order and ask that you report any missing, incorrect or damaged items, along with your order number, within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible and will cover return cost of postage.
